Our Courses 2025-2026
First Steps
The First Steps course is for parents with children ages 3 and below.
The course addresses the delicate balance of loving care and setting healthy boundaries, fostering children's growth into responsible and joyful individuals.
Through a case study methodology, participants will explore and reflect on everyday family scenarios to identify challenges, separate facts from assumptions, and develop personal strategies tailored to their unique family dynamics.
The course involves seven on-site General Sessions led by parent-facilitators, where spouses collaborate on case analyses followed by group sharing, promoting a community of learning and mutual support. Supplementary Team Sessions provide smaller group settings for deeper engagement, reflective personal practice, and applying wisdom to family life. This course encourages active participation with the hope that parents will gain insights, new perspectives, and confidence to offer their children a strong foundation — nurturing their mental, physical, social and emotional development within a loving home, preparing them for a happy, fulfilling future."

Olivia
What they say about the course
I sort of left my wife alone to take care of the kids. I really didn't know how I could be involved in raising them. I was so happy to learn that my role as a father is so crucial to the development of my children. I need to do more and be more with them.
John
I was so focused on my child that I didn't realize that to raise my child well, I need to focus on my husband first.
Elaine
As a typical modern woman of action, I thought as long as I find the best school in town, my child will do well. I was so mistaken. This course helped me realize how important character formation is for the future of my child
